LatinaLista -- It's been often reported that Latinos are one of the groups who have been hit the hardest as companies downsize their staff.

Aside from networking or using online job boards, there's not much support or help for the average Latino professional trying to advance their career while keeping a roof over their family's heads. That's where iHispano.com comes in.

iHispano.com, a partner of MonsterBoard, is a job board listing over 100,000 jobs, a networking site where Latino professionals can meet online via IM, online forums and chatting, and a resource for Latinos and Latinas to learn how to promote themselves beyond their job experience/skills. With job postings from major corporations across the country in every conceivable occupation and industry, iHispano.com strives to connect potential employers with employees.

The site also offers career advice, enables members to videochat with one another, create resumes and cover letters, features online career toolkits and creates a virtual refuge for out-of-work Latino professionals to share their frustrations, fears and hopes as they wait to hear those two magical words: "You're hired!"
