Viernes Videos: Series mixes humor and reality recounting “awkward” challenges facing undocumented youth

Undocumented young people, because of their limbo citizenship status, have to endure not only difficult situations when it comes to school and work but also "awkward" situations when it comes to trying just to fit in with their friends. It's these awkward instances that are the premise for a web series titled "Undocumented and Awkward." A series of 12 videos chronicle a variety of situations undocumented youth find themselves in that would be funnier if it weren't so true. The videos are part of a project about undocumented youth, written by and made for undocumented youth under the organization of Dreamers Adrift
