Skate After School works with three schools and have been providing this service on all volunteer hours and donated product for over 2 years!

Through the help of several local skateshops, the non-profit hsa been able to take used parts and refurbish them into fully-functional skateboards!

They have built more than 100 complete skateboards, put in over 125 hours of volunteer service, and affected the lives of more than 150 children!

Using their unique communication channels with the kids, the instructors instill core values under the acronym GRIP (Generosity, Respect, Innovation, Persistence) that are felt to be inherent to skating.

The overall goal of the organization is to raise $40,000 within the next 6 months to expand to 10 schools. The organization needs to hire a full-time program coordinator and cover administrative, insurance, and programming expenses
