In fact, it’s reported that “55% of American employees are dissatisfied with their work and this includes even those people who are happy to have a job.”
That’s where Scott Dinsmore comes in. Dinsmore is the founder of Live Your Legend, an online career site focused on helping people connect with work they love to do.
In an appearance at a TedX talk, Dinsmore shared with the audience his strategy to help people find the job they would love to do. To find that ‘dream’ job, all they have to do is survey themselves in three areas: their unique strengths, values and experiences.
Dinsmore says that by defining what those three specific areas mean will lead to a personal definition of success which can put a person on their own path to unleash the passion within themselves and find happiness in their work.
