Campaign: Rails Girls Bogotá for the First time
Rails Girls arrives in Bogotá for the first time. The free class will teach how to design, prototype and code using Ruby on Rails.
The two-day session happening in June is for girls of all ages who have basic knowledge of computing. The majority of the classes will be conducted in Spanish, however, the text and guides are in English.
Thirty girls and five coaches are expected. The money raised from the campaign will go towards snacks and lunch during the workshop.
The campaign’s goal is $500 and ends in 25 days.
