So far, one Tea Party candidate, KY Rand Paul, has been declared a winner, as well as, FL Marco Rubio, and the nation is turning decisively red with Republicans now declared as taking the House of Representatives.

This shift in power clearly impacts not only Latino issues but the Latino relationship with Washington.
