LatinaLista — Though a lot of fuss has been made this week about the new mammogram guidelines, it doesn’t diminish the fact that when breast cancer is found and treatment begun it’s a grueling and emotional process.
For most women, just to get out of bed to face another day is exhausting. The last thing on their minds is cleaning their homes. That’s where a new non-profit “sweeps” in.
Cleaning for a Reason is a:
newly formed nonprofit (that) offers free professional housecleaning, and maid services to improve the lives of women undergoing treatment for cancer – any type of cancer.
Because it’s a new foundation, they are actively looking for maid services to partner with in cities across the country, corporate sponsors in the cleaning industry and accept donations from anyone who feels that it’s important to make living with cancer as stress-free as possible.
