Campaign: “The A to Z Guide to Jobs for Girls” ABC Board Book
The A to Z Guide to Jobs For Girls is an illustrated ABC Board Book for children featuring young women in different career roles such as Firefighter, Heavy Metal Guitarist, Librarian, and Quarterback!
The A to Z Guide to Jobs For Girls is meant to help empower young girls and show them from the very start that they can follow any career path they choose, including careers that are not traditionally seen as appropriate for women. From Astronaut to Zoologist, they can be anything they want to be!
The A to Z Guide to Jobs For Girls is written and illustrated by Charles C Dowd, with assistance from his two children, CJ and Allison, both of which helped to brainstorm different ideas and careers, as well as helping with the coloring process.
The A to Z Guide to Jobs for Girls will be a 28 page 6”x6” chunky board book designed specifically for small hands.
The campaign’s goal is $8,000.
