For as long as Latina Lista has existed (2004-present), I have been advocating for DACA. In short, it’s the program that has recognized offspring of undocumented immigrants brought to the US as children should not be penalized for their parents’ actions. The white extremist factions have always wanted to do away with the program. Now, that they’ve succeeded in getting more of like-minded sympathizers onto our nation’s courts there is real fear that DACA’s days are numbered. Time will tell; 5.2 million.
